3 Things That You Could Start Doing RIGHT NOW To Lose WeightI’m just about to go to sleep, but thought that it had been quite a while since my last post, so I decided I’d write one right now.

The topic? Things you could/should be doing right this second in order to lose weight.

And, as I’m pretty tired (falling asleep at my desk), this one’s gonna be short.

So I’ll get straight into it.

3 Things That You Could Start Doing RIGHT NOW To Lose Weight

Number 1: Work in exercise to whatever it is you’re doing right now.

I do this all the time if I’ve had a particularly lazy day, and it makes me feel less guilty about slacking off!

Basically, if I’m watching TV, or if I’m laying in bed browsing Facebook on my phone, I mix in some pushups and squats with my relaxation.

Every time there’s an ad break, or around about every 10 minutes, I’ll get up and start doing pushups and squats.

I do as many as I can, and then I get back to chilling out.

10 minutes later, and I go again.

It doesn’t really take any effort at all to do, you just need to get up and do it.

Number 2: Have a NICE BIG GLASS of water!

Seriously, this is always one of my favourite weight-loss suggestions, because it just seems to work really well.

Get up right now.

Like, now.

Go and get a glass of water, and then come back to your computer/laptop/phone.

Back? Good.

Drink the entire glass, now.

By taking a massive chug of water, you’re less likely to feel hungry, which means you’ll eat less.

And if you’re not as hungry, you’re less likely to give in to temptation and eat bad foods.

NEXT!

Number 3: Go to sleep! It’s after midnight!

No, seriously, you should probably go to sleep.

If you’re in bed already, I’ll give you a break since you’re halfway there, but everyone else?

Get yo asses to sleep.

Everyone knows that you need a good nights sleep if you want to lose weight, so you really need to stop staying up so late…

You’ve probably got work in the morning too…
