Healthy Breakfast Ideas For Weight LossWhen you first start trying to lose weight, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information circulating the internet.

Hell, I was exactly the same when I first decided to lose weight all those years ago.

In fact, one of the biggest problems I had was I didn’t know what healthy foods I should be eating for breakfast.

I knew that breakfast was the most important meal of the day, we all do, but I’d read so many opposing opinions on what made a good weight loss breakfast, that I just got stuck and couldn’t be bothered anymore.

Well, obviously I overcame that problem and lost weight, but now I’m thinking that maybe other people, yes, maybe¬†you, need a bit of help deciding what to eat for breakfast.

So without further ado, I present to you:

1: The awesome and super delicious green smoothie!

If you’ve never had a green smoothie you’re missing out on one of the best things life has to offer.



Chuck an egg or two into a blender, followed by some spinach or kale, and then add two or three bananas and some almond milk.

Blend that sucker on high for about a minute, and then serve.

(Tip: throw some ice into the mix for a much colder and more refreshing drink.)

Super good for you, and tastes just like a banana smoothie.

2: Eggs, eggs, and more eggs.

Eggs are amazing.

You can eat them so many damn ways, like fried, scrambled, poached, boiled, the list goes on literally forever.

(If you’re a “real man” you’ll even eat them raw.)

Packed full of nutrients and really really nice tasting, eggs should really be #1 on my list.

My favourite way of consuming these oval shaped gifts from god is pretty easy.

Just crack two or three eggs into a frying pan, flip them over once the white starts cooking, and remove from the stove before the yolk cooks.

This way, the yolk is still runny, juuuuuust the way I like it.

3: Fruit! Natures healthy sugary snack.

Who the hell doesn’t like fruit?

Weird dumbasses, that’s who.

So you wake up after a pretty deep sleep, and you’re freakin starving.

Worse than that, you just can’t be bothered cooking – or even making breakfast.

What do you do?


Simple; just peel open a banana, bite into an apple, and chow down on some grapes.

Fruit requires 0 effort, so it’s the perfect breakfast for when you either don’t have time, or you really just can’t be bothered.
